Shipping Times- We ship next day if item is in stock. Out of stock items please allow 3 weeks delivery time. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive to destinations in the US. WE ship via Canada/US Postal Service. Faster shipping is available at an added cost. Please call us for delivery and pricing. Larger items (i.e. mattresses) will ship via Manitoulin transport. Customs- All customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with local authorities in regards to items and possible custom/duty charges in your State.
Online Ordering- When ordering online please confirm all prices and shipping via email or phone before placing your final order. All shipping charges and prices for items will be confirmed by an email from Body B Med Centre. If you have any questions please feel free to call us toll free at 1-866-702-4448.
Returns, Damage, or Replacements: If by chance you receive an item that is broken, or damaged, or defective (not up to the quality standards of the product) , you may return it to us and we will replace it free of charge for you. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to TEMPUR products, unless damaged due to shipping. We ask that upon receiving your package(s) that you check them all over and make sure that all the order is all there and in good shape. If you find that there is damage and or breakage please advise the driver of this. You must call us within 48 hours . We will not be responsible for any breakage, damage, chips, scratches of any kind if it is not reported in his time frame. We will replace all items that are broken or damaged. With this being said, we assume that you are well aware of what you are ordering and will not pay for shipping on products that you do not like the colour or pattern of. You must obtain return authorization from us before shipping anything back for a credit or replacement or we will not credit you for the cost of the return. If a regular stocked item is returned for any other reason than damage, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MARKED CLEARLY ON ALL 4 SIDES AS "RETURNED GOODS" . |

What if I refuse delivery or shipment?- If you refuse an item that is delivered by courier or mail, and there is nothing wrong with the package, it will be returned to us and those refused orders will be subject to a restocking fee plus round trip shipping charges. If you return a item that has been specially ordered to your specifications, there will be no refund issued. If you refuse an item that is delivered by a common carrier such as ABF or R&L for any reason other than damaged merchandise, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs incurred by Body B Med Centre.
Payment Methods- When you purchase anything from Body B Med Centre and wish to pay with a Visa or MasterCard, whether the order is placed online or by telephone, nothing will be billed to your card until your order ships. If there are any back ordered items that are not being shipped, they will not be billed until they arrive and are shipped out to you. At Body B, Your not charged for anything until it's out the door! If you are paying with a cheque or money order, items will not ship until the money order has arrived to us, or until the cheque had cleared our bank. You may also pay securely via Paypal.
