The Los Angeles Daily News and the Chicago Tribune have called him the most successful painter of horses in the world. He has been featured on both ESPN and ABC Television. More people own a Fred Stone print than that of any other equine artist in history. His prints can appreciate in value as much as thousands of dollars. Through his limited edition prints and posters, Fred Stone has raised many thousands of dollars for racing charities like the Don MacBeth Memorial Jockey Fund, the Shoemaker Foundation, and Canada's Avelino Gomez Fund, as well as for therapeutic riding programs and other charitable organizations throughout the country. |
